It was Easter weekend and everything was so beautiful. The atmosphere checking out was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the Easter bunny was taking pictures with the children. It was a joyful experience. The pool was relaxing and nice. We liked how towels were provided at the pool.

First I was charged way before I made it to the property. Then once I made it there was no hand soap or face soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk and the front person was very sarcastic asking what all was in the bathroom (i.e. shampoo, conditioner etc.). Like I hadnt already checked the bathroom.
